At Elyvnz, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At this time, Elyvnz does not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

• Gift cards and digital products cannot be refunded.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@elyvnz.com with your order number.

2. You will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within the 30-day window.
